The First Floor Concourse is a lengthy, open space that can be reserved with the Great Hall. This space can be added to a Great Hall rental to increase your event capacity to 300 or be used as a VIP/auction area. This space can only be reserved in conjunction with a Great Hall rental.

Policies

Cancellation Policies: 10 business days.
Cancellation must be communicated two weeks (10 business days) before the event. Failure to do so will result in required full payment of reservation.
