Located on the first floor, The Great Hall includes 30-foot ceilings, vibrant tiling, and a glass wall that gives you a great view of beautiful Downtown Jacksonville. The Great Hall is versatile and elegant, lending itself to any event need. The Second and First Floor Concourses can be reserved in addition to the Great Hall to increase your capacity from 250 to 300.

Cancellation Policy: 10 business days.
Failure to cancel reservations two weeks (10 business days) prior to reserved event will result in payment in full.

Frequently Asked Questions

I would like to turn off the lights in the Great Hall. Can I do that?

Most of the lights in the Great Hall can be dimmed but not turned off.

I will need a place to prep food for my event. Where can I do that?

We have a large storage room connected to the Great Hall. This space comes equipped with a sink and minimal countertop space.

I may need some help with the on-site technology. Will anyone be available to help me?

Our Center Animator will be available to assist you with any technology needs you may have before and during your event. This service is included in your reservation fee.

How do I get more tables or chairs into the space?

We have two additional tables (5×2 ft, white) available for each room upon request. We also have 5 high-top tables available at $8 per table. We do not offer any additional tables or chairs for these event spaces. Any additional tables or chairs will have to be brought in by the guest.
